PAIA MANUAL
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA” or “the Act”) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by the state and any information that is held by another person and that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.
POPIA POLICY
The objective of this policy is to protect 98 Degrees Financial Services 2 (Pty) Ltd information assets from threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental, to ensure business continuation, minimise business damage and maximise business opportunities.
COMPLAINTS PROCESS
98 Degrees Financial Services 2 (Pty) Ltd’ senior management is committed to providing the highest standard of service to its clients and customers. All complaints are taken seriously and resolved as soon as reasonably practical.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the FSP identifies, discloses, and manages conflicts of interest in a manner that prioritises the interests of clients above all else, in compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT POLICY
This Complaints Management Policy establishes the framework within which an authorised Category I Financial Services Provider (FSP) receives, investigates, resolves, and reports complaints from clients and stakeholders.
